About Chambre
Chambre is an exclusive private dining, catering, and event concept founded and owned by Kasper Correll.
Originally conceived as “Uformel – Hjemme Hos Dig,” a private dining extension of Restaurant Uformel, the concept quickly gained recognition for bringing refined, restaurant-level gastronomy into intimate and highly personal settings. As demand grew, Chambre evolved into an independent destination in the heart of Copenhagen.
Following several years within the Formel B Group, Kasper has now taken full ownership of Chambre, continuing its journey as a standalone brand — defined by precision, craftsmanship, and discreet, attentive hospitality.
Today, Chambre curates bespoke experiences both in-house and beyond. At our private venue on Gl. Kongevej 3E, centrally located in Copenhagen, we host exclusive events for up to 120 guests in elegant surroundings. For larger occasions, we offer tailor-made off-site experiences for up to 250 guests — always delivered with the same level of refinement and attention to detail.

Owner & Head Chef at Chambre
Chambre is owned and led by Kasper Correll.
Kasper is an experienced chef with roots in Restaurant Uformel and has been part of the Formel B Group for more than 12 years. His journey began as assistant head chef at Uformel, where he went on to lead the kitchen for several years while overseeing the restaurant’s private dining concept.
He later became partner and head chef at Chambre – a concept he helped build from the ground up. After four years in close collaboration with the Michelin-starred Formel B, Kasper has now fully taken over Chambre and continues to run it under the same name and spirit.
In addition, Kasper has been part of the Danish National Culinary Team for over a decade, earning wide recognition – first as team captain and later as national coach. In 2022, he led the team to an overall bronze medal at the Culinary World Cup.
