I am Kasper Correll, owner and head chef. For more than four years, I have built Chambre from the ground up, creating a concept where quality, creativity, and the guest are at the heart of everything.

At the helm of Chambre stands the esteemed Kasper Correll
Chef & Founder — Kasper Correll
Kasper is an experienced chef with roots at Restaurant Uformel and has been part of the Formel B Group for more than 12 years. His journey began as assistant head chef at Uformel, where he later led the kitchen for several years and held overall responsibility for Uformel Private Dining.
He subsequently became partner and head chef at Chambre, a concept he helped build from the ground up. After four years of close collaboration with the Michelin-starred restaurant Formel B, Kasper has now fully taken over Chambre and continues to run it under the same name and spirit.
In addition, Kasper has been part of the Danish National Culinary Team for 10 years, earning great recognition — first as team captain and later as national coach. In 2022, he led the team to an overall bronze medal at the Culinary World Cup.
